Please note: We cannot print your initials on darker coloured belly bands due to the lack of contrast between the dark paper and the black ink, you can have a plain coloured belly band, or white foiling is available as an extra, please message for details and pricing. We will contact you directly after you place your order to request the information for your invites
It is difficult to judge the finish of an invitation through your screen, so all our samples are available to order with free postage, that way you can see and feel the quality of our invites before placing your order. Please note samples are generic and are not printed with your personalised details.
All our heritage designs are customisable with your Wedding details as standard, this also includes small changes to the general wording of our invites. Please note that where your supplied text exceeds the available space we may ask you to reduce the wording or we may suggest upgrades like double sided printing.
While we are more than happy to adapt our heritage designs and create something unique just for you, all additional design work is charged at an hourly rate, please contact us for more information on bespoke stationery. While we can take designs you have found elsewhere as a starting point, we respect copyright and will not directly copy another designer's work.
Most customers order their invitations at least six months prior to their Wedding Day, and while we will do our upmost to get your completed order to you as quickly as possible, please allow up to four weeks for your finished order to be sent, if you have a specific timeframe please contact us before ordering.

Pocketfold invitations
With our pocketfold invitations you will receive, as standard, a A6 or 5x7 pocketfold in colour of your choice containing your printed Wedding invitation.
Then add your additional extra such as inserts (choices include information card, RSVP card and/or menu card) or belly band
You can choose the cardstock you would like your invitation and inserts printed on, as standard we print on 300gsm white stock, but for a more luxury feel we have other stocks available (we recommend you order a sample to check you are happy with the type of stock you have selected before ordering), you can also choose your pocketfold and sending envelope colours from the choices available.
Single invitations
With our single invitations you will receive, as standard, a A6 or 5x7 printed single Wedding invitation. Invitations can be printed on both sides for an extra cost, please select the option for double sides.
You can choose the cardstock you would like your invitation printed on (we recommend you order a sample to check you are happy with the type of stock you have selected before ordering) and you can also choose your sending envelope colour from the choices available.

Changing wording or a design
While we are more than happy to try and accommodate any changes to the wording on our invites, any additional design work such as the altering the layout, or the addition of new artwork would normally incur a design fee.

After you have placed your order we will contact you directly to collect the information we need to create a proof of your invitation, you should hear from us within 2 working days.
It is important that you provide your best contact email address, and a mobile number, at the checkout - sometimes emails do go into your junk folder, if you have not heard from us within 48 hours of placing your order, please check your junk folder first before contacting us.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We aim to have your invitations / stationery printed and dispatched within 2-4 weeks from approval of your proof.
Table plans usually take a week from approval of your proof.
The quicker we receive your full details and the quicker the final proof is approved, the quicker we can get your order to you.
