If before you order you would like a invitation sample pack, to check the quality and feel of the invitations you can order them directly. Just select the sample you would like of our pre-designed style. A small fee is charged but this will be refunded should you decide to go ahead with your full order.
This is to collect the information needed to start your design, including your details of date wedding venue and quantities required (please note minimum of 20 invitations). If not already sent (due to online/telephone meeting) I will then send you a tailored quotation for your requirements to the email provided.
PAYMENT OF DEPOSIT
A deposit is required to start your order or to hold the date of your table stationery.
Once your deposit has been received and information is received I then aim to get a pdf proof to you within 7 working days dependant on the style required. These proofs need to be checked carefully by yourself and should there be any amends, please notify us via email , I will then make amendments and further proofs will be sent across. Once the FINAL proof has been approved and sent to print, no further changes can be made.
Once you have approved your FINAL proofs, final balance is required before ayour invitations can be sent to print. Dispatch of invitations is usually 3-4 weeks from approval and final payment unless previously agreed.
Orders are usually shipped by Royal Mail Tracked. Please make sure you provide a correct shipping address.
If you require more invitations after you initial order, there is a minim of 10 invitations.
ON THE DAY STATIONERY
On the day stationery details are required 4-6 weeks prior to the event as some items such as perspex can take 3-4 weeks to arrive.
